You must notify 123abc immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 123abc will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification. However, 123abc cannot be held liable for losses that occur before the unauthorised access is reported, provided that 123abc has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
123abc employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and uses secure payment processing channels for all financial transactions. We conduct regular independent security audits and address identified vulnerabilities promptly. Despite these measures, you remain responsible for the security of the device and network through which you access the platform.
All deposits on 123abc are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

During a hold, you will be notified of the reason and the expected resolution timeframe. If verification documentation is requested, please provide it promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.
Note: Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Please ensure wagering is complete before submitting a withdrawal request that includes bonus-related winnings. Your account dashboard shows your current wagering progress in real time.

A bet is only deemed accepted and confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation message from 123abc displaying a unique bet reference number. Bets placed through the system during periods of technical difficulty may be voided at 123abc's discretion if confirmation cannot be reliably issued. In all cases, only confirmed bets are binding.
All odds displayed on 123abc are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 123abc operates a "best odds at time of placement" policy — the odds locked in at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: the cancellation or postponement of the event beyond the permitted window (typically 24 hours for most sports), the market being offered in error, or the result being inconclusive. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). In accumulator bets, a voided selection is removed and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.
Maximum single-bet payout on 123abc sports markets is Rs 500,000 per event unless otherwise stated on the specific market. Accumulator bets may have separate payout caps as displayed on the bet slip. 123abc reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets at its sole discretion.
In-play (live) betting markets are suspended during key moments of an event (e.g., balls in play in cricket, goal kicks in football). 123abc uses automated systems to manage these suspensions and cannot be held liable for bets placed on stale prices if a technical delay occurs between the live event and the platform feed.
All casino and card games on 123abc — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Live Casino, and Fishing Games — operate under the following rules:
RNG (random number generated) games on 123abc use certified random number generation technology that is independently verified for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and conducted with real physical card decks by trained human dealers. If a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live casino or card game, 123abc's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. On reconnection, the round outcome is applied based on the last confirmed game state. If the system cannot reliably determine the outcome, the round stake is returned to the player's balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome or payout calculation, 123abc reserves the right to void all affected rounds and return stakes to players. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is a standard rule across all 123abc game categories.
